Breast Cancer Awareness Month takes place every October. The aim of the month is to shine a light on the devastating impact breast cancer has on thousands of Australians each day.

HBCF are encouraging everyone in the community to set some time aside during October to learn what you need to know about breast awareness.
What to look out for?

Help create awareness. Speak with those around you about how they can become more breast aware and ways that breast cancer can be detected early. Achieve a greater understanding of the things that may increase your chance of developing breast cancer and the positive steps you can take to reduce the risk of developing the disease.
