HBCF will ship your items directly to your door.

Orders are dispatched from Newcastle NSW and sent via Australia Post or hand delivered. Orders may take up to five business days to be dispatched.

Please refer to the Australia Post for delivery times once items are dispatched.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your order, whether it’s the wrong size or it’s faulty, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and we will refund the cost of the item. We refund for faulty items or incorrect sizing only, not change of mind. Postage costs are non-refundable for returns due to incorrect sizing.
