This October is breast cancer awareness month across the country, with funding tighter than ever before. HBCF have had a record breaking number of local residents sign on to raise funds for local support services. Belmont Pink Golf Day
The Belmont Golf Club hosted a pink golf day on October 12. The club sold pink merchandise and socks and raised over $1000 to provide practical and immediate support to local families going through breast cancer. On behalf of everyone at HBCF, we are so grateful for the golf clubs ongoing support.
Hunter Women’s Health Care Centre

Charlestown Target – Pink Day
The Target Store at Charlestown will be holding a pink fundraiser to raise funds for hunter families going through breast cancer. The local Target store has been supporting HBCF for a number of years. The funds they have raised have contributed towards the practical support services helping locals through breast cancer.
El’amore Cafe & Grill – Pink Fundraiser
El’amore Cafe & Grill went pink for the month of October to support local families through breast cancer. The local cafe had raffles, donations, a pink event and attendees enjoyed live music. Belmont Hotel – Painted Pink
Belmont Pub has gone pink for the month of October. From the bar to the bistro, it has all been painted pink to support locals through breast cancer. On Saturday 31st October Belmont Hotel will be drawing their raffle and celebrating the final day of breast cancer awareness month.
