Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation (HBCF) are a completely independent, not-for-profit charity 100% funded by our local community. We are Hunter People helping Hunter People. We are kicking off the Pink Golf Day for the fourth-year in a row! This event is being organised by HBCF Pink Army volunteer, Liam Hardy, East Maitland local with a love for golf and supporting his local community. Without Liam, this event wouldn’t have made its fourth year, so we are extremely grateful for his support to make this fun event possible!
We’re starting off with a bang & would like to give a huge shout out to the hole sponsors who have jumped on board so far! Together we bring to you an exciting networking event & stellar excuse to get out of the office & onto the green to raise funds to help support our local breast cancer families.
Join us for an early start at Easts Leisure & Golf Club, delicious breaky roll to energise yourself before heading out onto the course for an 18-hole Ambrose-style game of Golf, followed by a yummy lunch. A must-not miss opportunity to network with local businesses from the Hunter community. The day will include fun hole activities and challenges to enjoy along the way with prizes to be won. Lunch will include a client guest speaker to hear first-hand the impact the funds raised has on local families, auctions & raffle prizes.

golf day Schedule:
7.30am – Golf registration opens
8.00am – Welcome & briefing
8.15am – Shotgun start, 18-hole Ambrose style golf afternoon
12.30pm – Golf wraps up
Shower facilities are available within the club house to freshen up before lunch. Pink stall refreshments available within the outside function area before heading in for entertainment within the function room.
1:00pm – 3:00pm – Lunch event jam packed with networking, golf presentations, guest speakers, auctions and raffles all to raise awareness & funds for HBCF’s local breast cancer families.

Terms & conditions
If the event is postponed due to severe weather conditions money will be held by HBCF until the event can be rescheduled and held at a later date. Refunds will be permitted up to 7 days after the new event date is announced if unable to make the new date. The transaction or booking fee paid at the time of ticket purchase will not be refunded.
Please note in the case that you are no longer able to attend our event date, you will not be eligible for a refund. HBCF will allow name changes to be made up to 24 hours before the event if you are able to re-sell your tickets, HBCF is not responsible for re-selling tickets to this event.
