Hi, my name is Kiara
I have been in the health and wellness industry for almost 15 years, having worked with clients one on one for personal training, nutrition coaching as well as teaching many group fitness classes such as water aerobics, boxing, yoga and more. My passion is to help others live their best life and through all my training, coaching experience and learning from my teachers, yoga has been the biggest part of my transformation. Now I am passing on my knowledge and wisdom that has been passed down for thousands of years to help others find inner peace, happiness and taking care of their wellbeing.
I am honoured to be partnered with HBCF as this foundation is very close to my heart. I am very passionate about helping and supporting others on their wellness journey. Having gone through some of my own health battles over the years, it has been through my own healing journey, years of studying the human body and experience in not only helping myself but helping others, that I share my knowledge and passion.
Yoga teaches us much more than physical poses to help calm, restore, lengthen and strengthen the body as the majority of us Westerners may believe.
Yoga teaches us presence and awareness, and how to practice mindfulness. There are so many benefits of yoga – stress relief, pain relief, improved circulation, improved physical, emotional and mental wellbeing to name a few.
When we combine breath, healing movement, presence and rest, we allow a transformational process to take place and bring balance back to the body.
Yoga has completely transformed my life and I am so grateful to partner with HBCF and share this with you.
