NOVA ALLIANCE BANK INVEST IN POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE WITH LATEST GRANT ROUND

With community and customers at the bedrock of their mission, Nova Alliance Bank have again supported local community groups and charities in their latest grant round of $40,000 in funding.

Thanks to the additional funding and support of Nova Alliance Bank, we have been able to expand our services and establish the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation Wellness Hub. The Wellness Hub offers programs and resources to help Hunter women throughout their breast cancer journeys and beyond.

With the COVID-19 pandemic wreaking havoc on the way people interact, we pivoted our Wellness Hub solution to allow all clients to access all the support services from the safety of their own homes. All programs are delivered online ensuring location, mobility and ever-changing restrictions could not impede our ability to deliver this program and to help our clients when they need it most.

We are now looking to expand our services even further and Nova Alliance Bank are committed to continuing this partnership with us. With the additional funding, we will be able to develop resources and support that is specially designed to assist women that are in the advanced stages of breast cancer. This is a unique group that requires unique support – support that is currently lacking in our community.

On behalf of the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation and all the families that benefit from the Wellness Hub, thank you Nova Alliance Bank.
