Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation (HBCF) are a completely independent, not-for-profit, local charity 100% funded by our local community. We are Hunter People helping Hunter People. In 2023, for our second-ever Golf Day event, we are very excited to announce our collaboration with major sponsor, Mudbath Digital. Together we bring to you an exciting networking event to raise funds to continue to support our local breast cancer families.
Mudbath assists its clients to reach their digital potential by applying the power of cross functional teams to design, engineer and ship digital products with ambitious organisations. During the Gala Dinner event, you will get to hear about exciting work that is being done in the digital health world.
Join us at Belmont Golf Course for an 18-hole Ambrose-style golf afternoon & Gala Dinner evening. An opportunity to network with up to 32 local businesses from the Hunter community. The golf afternoon will have fun hole activities and challenges to enjoy along the way with prizes to be won. The evening’s Gala Dinner will include exciting guest speakers, a delicious 3-course meal, entertainment, live auctions, silent auction & raffle prizes.

golf day Schedule:
11.30am – Golf registration opens
12.15pm – Welcome & briefing
12.30pm – Shotgun start, 18-hole Ambrose style golf afternoon
5.30pm – Golf wraps up
Shower facilities are available within the club house to freshen up before the Gala Dinner. Pink stall refreshments available within the outside function area before heading in for entertainment within the function room.
6.30pm – 9.30pm – Gala Dinner jam packed with musical entertainment, networking, golf presentations, guest speakers, live auctions, silent auction and raffles all to raise awareness & funds for HBCF’s local breast cancer families.

COVID-19 has impacted our fundraising over the past few years, we’re asking our local community to dig deep and have some pinked up fun to help HBCF get back on track to ensure our local breast cancer families continue to receive the essential support they need.
Terms & conditions
If the event is postponed due to severe weather conditions money will be held by HBCF until the event can be rescheduled and held at a later date. Refunds will be permitted up to 7 days after the new event date is announced if unable to make the new date. The transaction or booking fee paid at the time of ticket purchase will not be refunded.
Please note in the case that you are no longer able to attend our event date on March 10th 2023, you will not be eligible for a refund. HBCF will allow name changes to be made up to 24 hours before the event if you are able to re-sell your tickets, HBCF is not responsible fo re-selling tickets to this event.
